Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control systems.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress towards goals.
Ensure all quality control activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including GMP and ISO standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
