Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the procurement process for timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Analyze market trends and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in purchase executive roles within the pharmaceutical API industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement software applications.
