Job Description

Execute corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create thought leadership content across multiple formats including articles, whitepapers, opinion pieces, factsheets, infographics, FAQs, presentations, and executive decks.
Track industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to identify communication opportunities and strengthen the Company's positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, industry influencers, and media houses.
Draft, review, and disseminate press releases, media notes, statements, leadership quotes, and other corporate communication materials.
Proactively secure media opportunities, interviews, speaking engagements, and feature stories for the organization and its leadership.
Manage media interactions and support reputation management initiatives.
Brief and manage PR, creative, and digital agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns, media coverage, partnerships, and brand visibility.
Monitor agency performance against defined KPIs and ensure timely execution of communication plans.
Coordinate with external partners to maximize communication impact and ROI.
Collaborate with HR and functional teams to drive internal communication initiatives.
Develop content for town halls, leadership communications, newsletters, employee success stories, achievement announcements, and culture-focused storytelling.
