Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Science, IT, or related fields
- Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in healthcareservices, IT, or project implementation
- Familiarity with surgical instruments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with CSSD and OT staff for operational readiness.
- Resolving operational issues promptly.
- Requirements gathering, installation coordination, and go-live support.
- Managing inventory records, usage logs, and project documentation.
- Training hospital staff and providing post-implementation service and support.
- Preparing reports, updates and feedback for management.
- Global travel to support hospital projects.
