Job Description

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Projects Billing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in construction billing and site measurements. The role involves preparing accurate project bills based on measurements, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely client invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare and process RA bills, final bills, and client invoices based on site measurements.
Maintain project bills on a weekly basis to ensure up-to-date records.
Verify site measurements and quantities for accurate billing.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts team for approvals.
Maintain records of measurements, billing, and payments.
Track client payments and follow up for timely collections.
Assist in budget reconciliation and reporting.
Generate billing reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:-

Minimum 2 years of experience in project billing, preferably in construction or waterproofing companies.
Strong understanding of measurement verification and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
