As part of the IT Project Management Office, we aim to deliver the best IT experience across Business lines including Instamart, New Supply and other business lines. IT PMO Vertical under Swiggy IT and Information Security ecosystem focuses to establish and maintain IT systems to support Swiggy growth and expansion initiatives. We understand our Customer requirements and support them to deliver at scale following best IT and program management practices. Project Manager partners with Project/Program/ Team Managers, Internal and External stakeholders for the successful delivery of their products, projects, programs and portfolio. What will you get to do here? As a Project Manager you are responsible for the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. You will be responsible for effective creation and maintenance of the Project Management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, amongst other financial documents. You will be accountable to monitor, document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence as per the established quality standards. Proactively identifies potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them. Accountable for performing regular Project ceremonies includes Project Planning, Daily standups, Project reviews and retrospective. What qualities are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, hands-on Project Manager to join the Bangalore Swiggy IT PMO Team. 5-7 years of relevant IT PMO experience. Experience working with Senior Management while executing large scale projects. Proficiency of MS-office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
