Job Description

Lead and coordinate production activities to achieve daily and monthly production goals. Ensure effective resource allocation across the cutting, sewing, and finishing departments while adhering to production timelines. Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to uphold product quality standards, implementing corrective measures to address any quality or operational challenges. Supervise and guide the production team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and providing training to help workers meet production objectives. Foster a positive team atmosphere and encourage ongoing learning. Work with cross-functional teams, including QA, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Production Planning Control (PPC), to address production challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining consistent quality.
