Production and Service Engineer-Instrumentation

Job Description

Experience

Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field required

Education

Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
To leverage expertise in instrumentation engineering to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of instrumentation systems in production operations.
To provide technical leadership, innovative solutions, and proactive support to enhance instrumentation capabilities and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
