Product Manager-PLP (Performance Linked Pay)

Job Description

Job Purpose

To manage Performance Linked Payout for Relationship Managers, Sales Officers and off-role staffs that is required to be executed timely and with accurate management at Pan India level across the Transportation and Infrastructure Finance Group.

Experience Required

• Minimum experience in years 4 to 5 years
• Exposure to asset business / banking / finance industry preferred

Role & responsibilities

Performance Linked Pay

(RM, SO, HBL Staffs)

• Preparing and obtaining signoff on various product specific performance linked pay for front line staff (RM, SO, HBL) for the region
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders (ops, credit, BIU, finance etc.) to ensure timely release of performance linked pay
• Preparing deviation note/mail with justification for exceptions and arrears and obtain requisite approval from relevant authorities for release of payouts.
• Ensuring necessary changes in system for automation of the process of performance linked pay for HBL/SO/RM under Transportation Finance.
• Maintaining the master report for performance linked pay for senior management review.

Digital Integration

• System/Processes Automation and Digital Initiatives for current manual actionable
• Process improvements and enhancement of existing systems
• Take business feedback and device user friendly modules

Qualitative & Others

• Process improvement, modification, drive innovation in coordination with support teams OPS, payout, IT, etc.
• Senior Management reporting.
• Providing Administrative support to the team, Handling exceptions and escalations
• To Monitor, review, streamline and innovate the processes on continuous basis.
• To recommend corrective actions and drive required actionables with the team to meet the management objectives for the vertical.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordination with respective stake holders like Sales team, Central MIS, OPS, Payout, etc.
• Liase with IT, BTG for process automation and any other technical support.
