Job Description

Responsibilities

- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and family offices
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through client acquisition and wallet share expansion
- Advise clients on asset allocation strategies across equity, debt, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and global investments
- Monitor portfolios regularly and provide investment recommendations aligned with market trends
- Cross-sell lending, insurance, and estate planning solutions
- Work closely with product, advisory, research, and compliance teams
- Achieve targets across AUM, revenue generation, and client acquisition

- Client Onboarding & Support, Portfolio Management, Compliance & Operations(CSO)

Desired Profile of the Candidate

- 6+ years of experience in Private Wealth Management or Private Banking
- Proven experience managing/acquiring HNI and UHNI relationships
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development orientation

Required Skill Set

- Strong understanding of capital markets and wealth management products
- Expertise across Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income, and Insurance solutions
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Qualification -Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline. CFP / CFA / CA / MBA preferred.
