Developing technologies takes more than talent: it takes amazing people who understands collaboration and respect People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation – whilst unlocking your own potential YOUR ROLE To develop advanced high speed PLL, oscillator designs as a part of our analog/mixed signal clock generation team Person will be required to work on differentiated sub-micron technologies and customize the solutions to optimize PPA as per the requirements The person should also have the ability to come out with innovative solutions utilizing the expected customizations and technology advantages to bring value to the customers Major responsibilities include Developing Custom PLL, oscillator designs Links solutions suitable for customer needs Working on innovation and develop new architectures for best-in-class solution Working on new development to add value in SOCs Coaching and mentoring junior design engineers Your Skills & Experiences It is desirable that the candidate has in-depth understanding of analog and mixed-signal design, with hand-on design experience of clock generation circuits PLLs , oscillators Specific areas of expertise/knowledge required: Analog blocks : Voltage & current references, LDO regulator, high-accuracy comparator and amplifier High speed custom digital circuits clock divider, Flip Flops , etc, Loop filter, PFD, Charge Pump, VCO design and trade offs Frequency and time domain theory Noise understanding and device mismatch, system linearity and stability Following Areas Would Be a Significant Plus Skills in scripting and automation Concept of Quality in design and IP delivery Understanding of behavioral modeling of Analog circuits and RTL-to-GDS flow Ability to make trade-offs between power, performance and area appropriately to meet the requirements of the product Exposure to all stages of the design cycle: initial concept, specification, implementation and testing, documentation and support Experience producing specifications and documentation describing complex designs Team leadership experience, including planning and managing tasks is desirable Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way Our technology starts with you Join us and start the future!
