Job Description

Petrochemical/ Refinery plant for their Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) (Full time) from a recognized reputed institute with good academic records Experience: 10 to 15 years in EPC industry in Oil Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Fertilizer industry in Project functions Detailed 1. Should have worked in FEED, Detailed Engineering phase of Fertilizer, Chemical and Petrochemical 2. Hands on experience on all major activities related to Piping Design (Layout), Piping stress engineering. Knowledge of Piping Material Engineering is preferred. 3. Sound knowledge of 3D software, SP3D, E3D, PDMS etc. and Piping Stress analysis 4. Working knowledge of software like CAESAR-II, Auto pipe, Piping Material Engineering and Control SPMAT or equivalent and International Codes and Standard. 5. Should be self-motivated team player who can fulfill assigned responsibilities independently 6. Should have excellent oral and written communication skill. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Piping Narrative Specification, Conceptual Piping layout, transposition, Nozzle Orientation, Ladder and Platform arrangement, Rack Loading, piping material Specification, Piping Stress Analysis of Critical lines, Data Sheet of Piping bulk items, specialty items, engineered supports, Man- hour Estimation, Piping Support design, Control Level Schedule and Progress Reporting, Coordination with other engineering disciplines and project engineering Participate in Client Model Review, Piping Isometric checking etc Soft skills: Strong Work ethics, Positivity, Teamwork, Self-confident, problem solving Software skills: SP3D, CAESAR-II, AUTOPIPE, Smart Plant Review, Navis Works, SPMAT or equivalent Material Engineering and Control Software
