Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate costing for products Negotiate prices with buyers Develop fabrics, samples, and accessories Follow up with the washing process Maintain and organize all samples, accessories, and related files Coordinate with the fabrication, procurement, and production departments Ensure timely follow-up on Time & Action plans Keep and update order files, incorporating any changes requested by customers Prepare contracts, validate, and file them Liaise with factories and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operations Maintain customer order information Record and manage shipment details, purchase orders, and buyer records Review L/Cs opened by buyers according to the sales contract Monitor logistics of ongoing textile shipments and provide pipeline information Send packages to buyers as required Manage complicated projects as they arise Preferred Experience: Experience in the garments industry with a focus on kids and mens wear is highly preferred.
