Role & responsibilities

Reviews Customer Paint Specification and Ensure compliances.
Prepares Painting Procedure And Paint Material Technical Sheet.
Raise the Indent along with Painting MTS and helps Purchase executives for raising of PO.
Control of storage and certification of Painting consumables including receiving Inspection.
Maintain all safety Measures during storage & Application.
Performs qualifications of coating processes.
To Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and In House Calibration of Equipment.
To monitoring and Controlling all Contractor and Subcontractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will quantify the strength of the bond between substrate &
coating).
Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting.
Performs and liaison with TPI for quality inspection like Visual Inspection, Holiday testing, adhesion testing, DFT measurement etc. as per approved Procedure.
To manage Overall Operation of Painting Department.
