Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent for e-commerce companies through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Provide guidance on interview preparation techniques to help candidates prepare effectively. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including notes from phone screens and in-person meetings. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry with expertise in e-commerce hiring. Strong understanding of lateral hiring, niche hiring, executive search, headhunting, leadership hiring, internet recruiting concepts.
