Job Title: Online Tutor ( Class 3rd to 8th All Subject ) Job Summary The Online Tutor provides personalized academic support, helping students improve their performance, develop study skills, and achieve their goals. This includes one-on-one mentoring, tracking progress, and collaborating with faculty and staff to address academic challenges. Key Responsibilities Guide students in study strategies, time management, and goal setting. Monitor academic progress and provide tailored feedback. Lead workshops on academic skills and resources. Collaborate with staff to support at-risk students. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Education or a related field, mentoring experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred: Masters degree and experience in academic advising. Skills Empathy, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
