Job Description Provide one-on-one online tutoring to students in grade 1 to 12 Create an effective learning experience for the students in online scenario Deliver the classes in such a way as to make it engaging and rewarding for the students Help students on comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary etc. Help students better manage their time while preparing for, and during the test Work effectively with computers to make the classes smart, interesting and useful Use the online platform effectively and smartly Act as a facilitator, guide, supporter, mentor and coach for the student Help struggling as well as gifted and talented students Support the documentation requirements including effective feedback Work toward creating a high performance culture, with utmost professional approach Industry:Education / Teaching / Training Functional Area:Teaching , Education , Training , Counselling Role Category:Teachers Role:Teacher/ Private Tutor Desired Candidate- Should be a subject matter expert with good communication skills, and proficiency with computers. Should be able to come down to the level of the student and create a learning experience that suits the needs of the individual student.
