Job Description

Make an initial health evaluation and individualized plan of care. Administer medications and assist with pain management. Document symptoms and vital signs. Monitor patient health and update care plan accordingly. Instruct patients and their families on proper home care. Provide suggestions to improve safety at home. Detect early symptoms that could lead to a hospital visit. Supervise Home Health Aides. Communicate with physicians, social workers or other health advisors. Provide encouragement and support. Documentation Update patient Daily Checklist. Continuous monitoring. Maintain intake and out-put chart. Update Supervisor of the difficulties. Requirements Auxiliary Nurse Midwife. General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Bachelor Of Science in Nursing. With or without experience. Strong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high-quality care while increasing patients enjoyme.nt and comfort. Initiative so they can make independent decisions when required and accept direction and requests from patients. Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently. Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
