Lead &manage the merchandising team to ensure efficient product development & timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, including leading domestic players (D-Mart, Reliance) to understand their needs and ensure we meet quality and delivery standards Required Candidate profile Min 5-7 years of exp as a merchandiser in the garment industry ( knitted garments) Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing process, from sourcing to production Excellent communication skills
