Roles and Responsibilities Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by promoting company products to healthcare professionals. Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders through effective communication and product knowledge. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in medical sales or related field (pharmaceutical industry). Strong understanding of pharma selling principles, pharma marketing concepts, and sales & marketing techniques. Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels; ability to articulate complex technical information simply. Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time; self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure. Age -upto 26 years Any Graduate candidates Should have same HQ experience
