Job Description

Diploma in Mechanical engg 8- 10 to years or Degree in mechanical engg with 5 years experience preferably in Maintenance/Commissioning; Experience in Microsoft tools- Skill in Xcel; Good communication in English (as all the documents are in English); Knowledge in Piping /pipeline components specification, Piping class, International Stds (generating buying spec codes like SAP codes); Awareness in Static equipment inspection, Welding quality checks; Rotating equipment s valves maintenance trouble shooting; Knowledge in understanding Process Flow scheme, PID symbols and preparing, isometric drawings; Preparing Bill of material (BoM) for equipment s; Contracts Procurement technical queries, detailing vendor technical offers, ITP-QAP definition, MTC review and Dispatch clearance; Inspection/Preventive maintenance routine task (scope, checklist) spares linking in SAP System) Spares inward inspection; Min-Max definition; Post RCM job bundling; Spare Parts min/max level review; Vendor communication for Creating alternate/equivalent spares for equipment/components; Supporting Engineering Team Maintenance team in repairs and maintenance activities; Working independently inside gas plant premises adhering to safety norms.
