Job Description

Manage end-to-end patient care to ensure patients achieve their health goals. Consult new patients on the platform to educate them about the Twin program, health conditions, health goals review medical reports prescriptions. Supervise encourage patients to achieve their health goals (for example reversal of diabetes). Encourage patients to follow the program guidelines adhere to their health nutritional requirements. Retain patients on the program by hand holding them encouraging to move towards their health goals. Own patient outcomes for your assigned set of patients. Communicate effectively with partner doctors and patients. Manage all patients under the guidance of partner doctors senior twin doctors. Manage patients in the care of senior doctors partner doctors to deliver health outcomes. Follow all Twin protocols guidelines. Gain solid knowledge of company product metabolic disease reversal Collaborate with the internal team (coaches, operations, doctors) to achieve results. Be available in all shifts (morning/evening) as per requirement. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of diabetes general patient care. Strong knowledge of medical emergencies. Experience in online consultations. Experience in individual handling of patients. MBBS Graduate. Diploma in diabetes/certificate course in diabetes is a plus. 5+ years of experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi is mandatory.
