Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ticket sales goals for each event. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including digital marketing, inbound/outbound sales campaigns, and industry networking. Utilize sales tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other CRM platforms to identify prospects, track leads, and manage sales pipelines effectively. Engage with international clients, providing them with tailored conference packages and information to drive conversions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability. Close deals and secure ticket sales for individual and group bookings, ensuring event participation goals are met. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to support ticket sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and exhibitors, to enhance event offerings and ensure repeat participation. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Track and analyze sales performance, using data to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets. Attend international events and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote upcoming events.
