As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, collaborating closely with franchises, and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive franchise growth and strengthen brand presence in the market. Tailor marketing efforts to support franchisee needs, ensuring local relevance while maintaining brand consistency across the network. Lead Marketing Campaigns: Lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and franchise growth goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand image across all franchise locations. Provide guidance and support to franchisees on brand messaging, advertising strategies, and marketing initiatives. Franchise Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees to understand their local market dynamics and provide them with customized marketing tools, templates, and strategies. Assist franchises in executing marketing plans, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth. Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics (e.g., lead generation, customer engagement, sales growth), and generate reports to assess effectiveness. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability within the marketing team. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on budget expenditures to ensure adherence to financial goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in franchise marketing, marketing management, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance evaluation. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and franchisees. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and advertising software. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in franchise management or working within a franchise network. Expertise in local market analysis and franchisee support. Knowledge of consumer behavior, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
