Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager Cum Administrator to join our team in the Medical Services / Hospital - Diagnostics industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hospital marketing and possess an MBA degree in Marketing or Hospital Administration.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services.
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospital marketing with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate teams.
Experience with marketing automation tools and software is preferred.
An MBA degree in Marketing or Hospital Administration is required.
