MARKETING MANAGER Check and tally all expenses for marketing cards, payments done via cheque etc. Also ensure it is as per capping put by us. To coordinate with Beyond Walls (BW) or other marketing agencies wherever there are card issues. Sales reports to cross check with sell.do and verify every Monday. Regular and timely entry and approval of all hoardings/outdoors/prints WO and billing in system. Maintain vendor wise monthly debits on marketing activities and ensure those are incorporated in billing To Visit outdoor once during finalisation of hoardings etc. for selection, doing the initial negotiation. To ensure timely completion of all marketing material requirements of all sites. Site branding and office branding for all sites. Taking multiple quotations, on-boarding new vendors, negotiations and improving rates periodically of regular marketing materials. To ensure every marketing bill is through system (Highrise) To coordinate, follow up with BW for creative designs and proofreading the same. Prepare expenses report for each site monthly and ensure with gst the spends are below 5% To follow up on branding activities, print files, check sizes etc. Ensure Anil goes for weekly visits and check his work reporting and petrol sheet. Guide Marketing executive for billing if any issues. Coordinate with highrise and solve any issues of marketing related module. Whenever we do campaign, analyse the returns and source qualification for future strategy. Check all supportings attached to bills and do the initial approvals. All marketing activities, creative and strategies - take approval of Senior/Director. Coordinate with accounts for payments. To ensure timely lead integration in built up/sell.do. Explore more channels to increase leads via direct marketing. To check lead generation campaign and quality of other direct mediums. Maintaining marketing data and taking backups as required on server. To prepare and mail MOMs to BW or other marketing agencies for marketing strategy meetings. To check QR code and other legal compliance of creative. To cater any responsibilities not stated above of the marketing department. To publish notices required for legal purposes.
