Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Gurugram Reporting to: Marketing Manager Overview: A Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. They play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and ultimately boosting sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (Fresher can also apply) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
