Our Marketing team ensures that we create an audience & reach to potential customers and effectively convince the impact our solution can have on their business and enable them to make the right decision. We are hiring to expand our Marketing Team. Role & responsibilities - Conceive and develop efficient & intuitive multi-channel B2B marketing strategies - Active lead generation using tools such as Email Campaigns, Prospecting on Social Media, WhatsApp Engagements, & Cold calling - Organize and co-ordinate Online Events & Webinars - Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive products - Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance - Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses - Preparation of Marketing Collaterals & Presentations - Pitching products according to customer need - Ability to meet the business targets on the timely basis Job Requirements: - Proven experience as Marketing executive or similar role (Freshers are also welcome) - Ability to persuade and influence others - Ability to work with a focus on generating leads for the organization - Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods - Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices - Excellent communication and people skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities Desired Candidate Profile: - Candidate should be a Graduate (preferably MBA) - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task while driving results - Enthusiasm and willingness to learn - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Additional Information: Work week: 6 day Location: Gurugram (Office-based role) Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred.
