Job Title: Assistant Executive (Fresher) Location: Delhi/Haus Khas Department: Digital Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive (Fresher) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: CRM Related Work: Assist with customer relationship management tasks, including managing and updating customer databases. Support in responding to customer inquiries and ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Help monitor and track customer feedback and satisfaction to improve service quality. E-commerce Listing: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions. Ensure that listings are accurate, optimized for search, and aligned with the companys brand guidelines. Monthly Report Preparation: Collect and analyze data from various sources. Assist in preparing monthly reports on sales, inventory, customer feedback, and other key metrics. Prepare visual presentations of the data as required by the team. Stock Update: Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly. Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics teams to ensure accurate stock management. Assist in generating stock alerts and order processing for re-stocking. Influencer Marketing Coordination: Assist in identifying potential influencers for marketing campaigns. Coordinate with influencers for product promotions, collaborations, and content creation. Help track and report the success of influencer campaigns through metrics like engagement and sales. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for report preparation and data analysis). Creative thinking and an interest in digital marketing trends.
