CallerDesk is looking to expand its roots in the marketing domain to reach a wider market base and hence give its brand image a boost. We also aim to reach that audience which is still oblivious to the concept of cloud telephony services. That is why we are looking for a marketing executive who can take ownership of his work and behave as an intrapreneur. Someone who would propel the organization towards growth. Your mission: overseeing and developing marketing campaigns conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences devising and presenting ideas and strategies promotional activities compiling and distributing financial and statistical information writing and proofreading creative copy maintaining websites and looking at data analytics organising events and product exhibitions updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture monitoring performance managing campaigns on social media. A little more about you: At least 2 years experience in marketing. Strong knowledge of the market Passionate about building brands and taking ownership of work. Resourceful in using creative tools and softwares. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Great communication and negotiation skills. Eager to learn and share knowledge with the team: collaboration is your second nature Strong command over English.
