Marketing Executive

Job Description

Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Bengaluru Airport Services Limited (BASL). This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, guest engagement and overall experience of our 080 lounges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting lounge services, managing campaigns and improving guest interaction/engagement through innovative marketing initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote airport lounges across various channels, including digital, social media, and on-site campaigns. Drive Community & Sustainability initiatives and incorporate CSR as integral components of key marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional events, seasonal offers and special campaigns (e.g., brunches, festivals). Manage branding initiatives and ensure that all promotional materials (online and offline) align with the lounge's image and goals. Assist in creating content for advertising materials, email marketing, social media posts and digital platforms. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the lounges remain competitive and relevant. Coordinate with vendors, designers and other partners for artwork, creatives and promotional merchandise. Handle customer feedback, inquiries and surveys to improve guest experience. Track the success of marketing campaigns and provide reports on key performance metrics. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and day-to-day activities as required. Qualification: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel or retail sectors. Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, performance management, social media management and content creation is a must. Prior experience in hospitality or airport services will be an added advantage.
