JD Lead a team and develop internal process or engineering development works. Mentoring junior process engineers and their capability development. Must have exposure Of ASPEN PLUS Design software. Organize and holds the bid kick off meeting Equipment sizing, Over all Mass and Energy balance, line sizing, pump selection, Process data sheet for pump & HE, Shop Equipment, Site Equipment Prepare the PFD, P & ID, Battery limit drawing, PD sheet, CLD Elevation layout, Instrument list Process Equipment layout evaluation, Equipment List, & B/O Specs, Document list, transmittal records, Filing, Valve list, Instrument list, Electrical list, Line Sizing, pressure drop calculations. Preparation of technical specification for required equipment like Column, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Tanks, Pumps, heaters, filters, Blowers, Valves, etc. Perform the required designs, transactions, and execution. Advance industrial processes to deflate cost, work towards maximum efficiency, develop and optimize utility. Responsible for supervising the smooth running of the equipment according to its customized specifications. Facilitate and contributes to the dvelopment of projects plans and design. Preparation of data sheet for instruments, Storage Tank, Heat Exchangers.
