Job Description

Sales & Marketing Job Responsibilities: Lead marketing and business development initiatives, focusing on organic and inorganic growth in cylinders, with a key emphasis on technological advancements, expansion into new geographies, and diversification into core/aligned business opportunities. Leverage existing global account relationships to generate business in the international market. Explore and identify new accounts, markets, and sectors. Engage with customers throughout the customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, delivery, service) and expedite the resolution of any customer problems or complaints. Generate new and allied business through long-term engagement and relationship building with customers. Responsible for expanding, developing, monitoring, and managing the aluminum components marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and drive business growth. Share and contribute to the Board's long-term vision of becoming a leading player in the market. Review business performance against the budget, analyze variances, achievements, failures, improvements. Ensure adherence to global standards in execution, operation, processes, and procedures. Ensure cost-effective and time-efficient administration.
