We are seeking an execution-focused professional to join its Branding & Communications team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of firm-level and practice-specific events, along with supporting branding and creative deliverables. The role will be based in Mumbai.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Event Execution:

- Drive end-to-end execution of firm-wide events (conferences, investor engagements, leadership forums)

- Execute targeted micro-events across practices (roundtables, client interactions, closed-door sessions)

- Manage all aspects of delivery including venue finalization, logistics, timelines, on-ground execution

- Ensure high-quality, seamless experiences aligned with the firm's brand positioning

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with venues, hotels, event agencies, and production partners

- Negotiate commercials and manage budgets efficiently

- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and execution requirements

- Own on-ground problem-solving and real-time troubleshooting

Branding & Creative Execution:

- Develop event-related collateral including invites, decks, and branding assets

- Execute designs using Canva (mandatory); working knowledge of Adobe tools is an advantage

- Ensure consistency and quality of all branding output

Execution Discipline:

- Maintain detailed execution trackers, timelines, checklists

- Manage multiple parallel workstreams with precision

- Deliver under tight timelines without compromising quality

Requirements and Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in event execution / branding / communications

- Strong execution orientation and project management discipline

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors

- Proficiency in Canva; design sensibility is essential

- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate under pressure
