Manager - Production ( Panels )

Job Description

A. ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for managing a large and dynamic team, overseeing production planning, execution and excellence and ensuring the highest quality of output.

B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Drive production efficiency to meet targets and financial goals.

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed.

• Ensure the successful implementation of SAP in collaboration with the IT department.

• Collaborate with Sales and Stores to ensure smooth operations.

• Align production schedules with Estimation Stores teams to meet customer demand.

• Ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards.

• Implement and maintain quality control processes.

• Projects: Troubleshooting electrical panel issues during testing.

D. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to controllers or electronics.

E. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills:
Experience with SAP implementation is highly desirable.
Proficient in production planning and inventory management.
Understanding of quality assurance processes and practices.

Behavioral Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
