Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients facility in Jadcherla. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment to ensure smooth plant operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Replace defective parts and ensure machinery meets quality and safety standards.

Preventive Maintenance

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and statutory maintenance guidelines.
• Identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions at all times.

Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with production, quality, and utility teams for smooth operations.
• Provide technical support and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily maintenance reports, checklists, and spare inventory records.
• Perform other related administrative or technical duties as assigned.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance practices, and documentation.

Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site role based at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar.
• May require physical activity, machine handling, and extended hours during critical maintenance operations.
