About The Role : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements using both low-code and high-code methods (e.g., Python). Handle data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and transformation, ensuring proper data representation for effective machine learning models. Run tests and experiments, analyze results, fine-tune models, and retrain systems as needed to improve functionality and performance. Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and support the shift towards Intelligent Automation (IA) and continuous upskilling. Utilize strong analytical skills, mathematical and statistical knowledge to solve complex problems, innovate in AI/ML frameworks, and extend existing libraries. Primary Skills Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related tools. Proficient in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation for ML applications. Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, algorithms, and statistical analysis. Skilled in software development, with experience in R, .Net, Java, and Groovy.
