We are looking out for Accountant for one of our reputed client at Thailand. Experience Required - 2+ yrs Work Location - Thailand Any Industry Education : B.Com Role Responsibility: Understand the Marketing program for Proper tracking. • Marketing Proposal Guideline/ Vendor Updation / Payment gateway/Tracking the list of program that was approved. • Marketing Proposal monitoring and Verification o To ascertain the CDE visit from CDS and organise the staff to have the data collected from CDE visit. (Zoom Visit) or Via Social media submission via channel partner. o To Review the data that is submitted is properly collected and ready for payment as per the approved payment gateway. • Proposal Accruals & Timely reversal on program closure. • Prepare or verify accounting, statistical and narrative statement or report requiring analysis and interpretation of data. • Manage and improve the Payment process with quest to bring the change and efficiency in the payment process. Major tasks Cockpit room Controller (Oversea Commercial/ Domestic/ Export AEC Commercial) is responsible as following: • Review account payables for international vendor for marketing program. • Verify reports of marketing programs implemented in overseas markets and ensure the correctness of related supporting submitted. • Implement budget controls across assigned countries with a primary focus on marketing and Opex budgets. • Prepare journal entries for related transactions such as payments, advances, accruals, and reversals for marketing expenses. • Perform analysis in certain key access of business such as sales, pricing, and profitability to assist management in decision-making. • Play an active role in conducting marketing program effectiveness reviews and reporting the findings to related parties. • Champion the use of digital tools and embrace the concept of digital culture. • Assist in the development of systems or new practices with the objective of improving the efficiency of the processes performed within the company. • Prepare ad hoc reports and perform special assignments deemed necessary by immediate superiors If interested kindly revert with updated cv on consultant4@wizmatrix.com with required details: Total Experience Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period
