Role & responsibilities Please find below jd and share suitable profiles as early as possible. Position- Logistics Shift leader Experience- 4- 8 Years. Role- On Team lease JD- Follow up with respective production departments to meet production schedule & customer requirements. Transport Arrangement, Material preparation as per Sequence, Customer issue Handling, Packing development and improvement, Freight cost monitoring and improvement Taking daily review meeting on board. Highlights customers urgency to respective production departments. Responsible to adherence to daily dispatch plan (100% Delivery). Condition monitoring & repairing of material movement trolley & Bins etc. Co-ordination with Planning Team, setting urgency as per customer requirement. Ensure availability of empty trolley & empty Bins from customer End. Ensure the material are packed as per customer packaging standard. Implement various business techniques like Kaizen, 5S initiatives etc. Responsible for FIFO & Kanban, Inventory control system. Ensuring on time vehicle arrangement & on time deliveries at customer end. Taking monthly inventory & to fulfill customer plan on priority. Preparation of Plan vs Actual Dropping Cars Report for Daily work Operations activity. Follow up with suppliers & Transporters for Supplier Direct Delivery parts 5s activity, follow industrial safety. Familiar with SAP handling and Invoicing/billing process.
