Job Description

Role & responsibilities: To purchase and procure Real Estate Material in an accurate and timely manner. To obtain and evaluate the vendors' quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project. To liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative suppliers as required. To follow up with all Suppliers/Vendors for timely inward of stocks To maintain and update vendors' Master Data accurately. To ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation. Liaise with the Vendors, Accounts, Assigned Site Team and Management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Need to be flexible with duty hours Preferred candidate profile: Graduate required, job experience 3-5 years in Logistics
