Job Description

We seeking Logistics Executive to Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely movement of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies. Supervise labours, optimize inventory levels. Supervision of unloading and handling raw materials Shifting and storing raw materials in designated areas Allotting raw materials according to batch requirements Feeding raw materials into melters and production lines Supervising and coordinating with workers Maintaining accurate inventory records and documents Ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations Compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Maintaining accurate inventory records Conducting periodic stock checks and ensuring optimal stock levels Maintaining warehouse/ working area cleanliness and organization Maintaining a safe working environment Identifying areas for process improvement Implementing cost-saving initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 1-2 Years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, warehouse management Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Understanding of biofuel production processes (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to supervise and motivate team members Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory management software)- (desirable) Attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina for warehouse operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
