Job Description

Import Documentation: Manage and execute all aspects of import documentation, including preparation, verification, and submission. Collaborate with customs house agent to ensure adherence to regulations and timely clearance of imported goods. Maintain meticulous records of import-related documents and transactions. Export Documentation: Oversee the preparation and verification of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with shipping partners to facilitate the smooth dispatch of goods and manage export compliance, including licensing and restrictions. Shipment Tracking: Implement and manage a robust shipment tracking system for real-time monitoring of goods in transit. Regularly update internal stakeholders and clients on the status and location of shipments. Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process. Logistic Operations: Coordinate and optimize logistic operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics seamlessly into overall business operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. Who were looking for? More than 3 years experience in import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations with a strong understanding of customs procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Demonstrated track record in handling all aspects of shipment tracking, providing real-time visibility and status updates.
