Job Description

1 Place in the organization Works under the responsibility of commercial Department and reports to the Executive - EXIM. 2 Purpose of the function Responsible for overseeing the packing operations, managing finished goods inventory, dispatch & logistics, coordination, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. 3 Function description Oversee the packing of springs as per packing list and defined export standards to ensure accuracy and quality. Managing finished goods inventory in defined RFD location. Coordinate with PPC, Production, quality, Export team and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Responsible for stuffing of export containers as per Container Load plan with the help of forklift driver. Coordination with transport companies /drivers wherever required. Continuously evaluate and improve packing & logistics processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to packing personnel to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently. Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards. 5S, Kaizen, suggestion Maintain and follow ISO 9001:2015 standards. 4 Authorities 5 Function requirements Thorough knowledge of logistics and dispatch, Packing operation. Knowledge of English (read & write) Any Graduate. Min. 3-5 years of experience in dispatch, packaging, logistics or a related field. Strong communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 6 Competencies Self-motivation, planning and organizing.
