Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager with a strong background in Real Estate to manage property-related legal matters. The candidate will be responsible for handling Title Search Reports (TSR), land due diligence, bank loan documentation, registration processes, and litigation matters, ensuring complete legal compliance in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of Title Search Reports (TSR)
- Conducting land due diligence and reserve land verification
- Handling bank loan documentation and scrutiny of loan files
- Managing property registration and coordination with sub-registrar offices
- Handling litigation matters and court documentation
- Drafting and vetting real estate agreements and legal documents
- Ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations
- Coordinating with banks, government authorities, and legal consultants
Candidate Profile:
- LLB qualified (Mandatory)
- 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate legal domain
- Strong knowledge of property laws, land records, and registration processes
- Experience in handling TSRs and litigation matters
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada
