Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Technology Manager, VP with 15 to 20 years of experience in technology management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data engineering, and people management skills. This position is based in Pune, India.

Roles and Responsibility

Develops, owns, and executes business deliveries end-to-end.
Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Collaborates with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Works with cross-functional teams including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Provides technical leadership and manages work of Sprint development team and Business Analysts team.
Manages big data tools: Experience with managing big data, including tools such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Kafka, etc
Understands cloud computing: Understanding of cloud storage and cloud computing.
