Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients & contractors
- Ensure compliance with codes & standards
- Execute Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm (FAPA) projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review BOQ, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor project timelines and site progress.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with IS/NBC standards.
- Manage material planning, procurement, and site inventory.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and billing coordination.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
