Dear Candidate, We have a Job Opening for Senior Executive in Logistics industry at Mumbai. Requirement Details: Location: Mumbai Designation: Senior Executive Experience: 3 to 5 Years Qualification: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred) Expected Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Responsibilities: 1. Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports. Ensure effective cash mobilization and investment/borrowing decisions for the company and its subsidiaries. 2. Financial Planning & Compliance: Ensure timely interest payments and loan repayments in alignment with due dates. Oversee the issuance and maintenance of bank guarantees and other financial instruments. Ensure all required documents are submitted to banks in a timely and compliant manner. 3. Bank Coordination & CMS Implementation: Act as a liaison with banks to facilitate company operations, manage cash management systems (CMS), and oversee working capital (WC) requirements. Ensure compliance with WC covenants, including stock audits etc. 4. Liquidity & Cost Control: Manage funds across bank accounts to minimize interest costs and bank charges for the company and subsidiaries. Engage with internal stakeholders to streamline accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely submission of essential documents, such as stock statements, unhedged foreign currency exposure etc. Facilitate the issuance of bank guarantees, maintain records, and exercise control over collaterals. 5. Automation & Treasury Systems: Work towards automating daily treasury operations by implementing Treasury Management Systems for improved efficiency. 6. Financial Closing & Reporting: Oversee monthly and annual financial closing activities, generate MIS reports, and ensure the completion of all statutory audit requirements.
