Job Description

Designing and developing IVR systems using programming languages and tools such as Java, C++, and VoiceXML. Configuring IVR systems to meet the specific requirements of an organization. Testing and debugging IVR systems to ensure they function correctly. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IVR systems. Working with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that IVR systems are integrated with other systems as required. Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IVR industry. Creating and maintaining documentation related to IVR system development and configuration. Experience with IVR system development and configuration. Familiarity with voice and speech recognition technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
