•Conduct site visits to collect measurements, wiring layouts, and site readiness.

•Manage project execution after deal closure, coordinate drawings, electricians, and contractors.

•Oversee lighting and automation installation & testing.

Required Candidate profile

• Strong understanding of electrical wiring and lighting layouts

• Experience handling multiple residential projects

• Ability to coordinate

• Comfortable travelling across Mumbai sites
