SOFTWARE SKILLS: AUTOCAD 2D Photoshop Sketch Up REQUIRED DATA FOR INTERVIEW: 2D - WORKING DRAWINGS / DETAILING / SURVEYS / REPORTS site images of the same etc 2D AUTOCAD drafting is a must Take an understanding of all the brand guidelines and should be able to implement it. Survey and Measurements of the site and Plotting of existing surveys. Should be able to make preliminary, tender GFC drawing sets and having good site knowledge Should have good material knowledge better understanding of market rates Concept development/planning / zoning layouts Quantities and BOQ (if required) Complete coordination of the site progress from client/supervisor makes report. Raise alarm for any deviation in the work on site vs drawings submitted report Resolve site related issues for the client the contractors.More Info
